Returns Policy
We are not responsible for the cost of postage on returned items. However full refunds will be given on items returned within Seven days. Please note: this dose not include postage.
If your purchase is Damaged when you receive it, please let us know and send the item back within Seven days. You will receive a refund plus postage cost once we have the items back. If it is a one off item, we will only be able to offer a refund. If we are able to replace the product, you will have the option of a refund or replacing the product.
Discount Policy
We will keep a note of all the order totals that you make with us. We call this your ACCOUNT.
Every time your ACCOUNT reaches £100 or over, we will deduct 10% off your order before adding postage.
Example One:
You spend £50.00 on your FIRST order
£49.00 on your SECOND order
On your THIRD order you spend £2.99
We will deduct 29p (10% of £2.99) from this THIRD order and then add postage and packaging.
Your ACCOUNT will then be reset to £0.00
Example 2:
You spend £100.00 on your FIRST order,
We will deduct £10.00 (10% of £100.00) from your order then add postage and packaging.
Your ACCOUNT will then be reset to £0.00
